For most home buyers and their Realtors, Bobbi Atkins is the first one at Alban Inspections that they speak with.  We continue to receive many compliments from those who have scheduled appointments with her.                        

Bobbi Atkins joined Alban's Property Management Division 3 ½  years ago in the position of Leasing Agent.  Since that time, Bobbi has held positions in both the Lead Paint Division and the Home Inspection Division.  She is currently responsible for all Leasing activities for Alban and for all aspects of the Home Inspection Division.  She has great organizational skills and possesses a calm demeanor.

In her role with property management, she deals with 100+ properties, leasing, handling complaints, scheduling repairs, collecting rents and handling delinquencies.  She greets each tenant with a pleasant smile and is willing to tackle any complaint with resolve.  We are blessed to have Bobbi in this position.

She is also responsible for the administrative tasks of our home inspection business, maintaining the inspector's schedules, fielding Realtor's questions and concerns, and otherwise managing all the details of the home inspection business. 

Bobbi came to Alban after having worked for Sears as a commissioned sales person for 18 years.  Her previous sales experience and contact with people has given her the skills to perform her job in an exemplary manner.

Bobbi grew up in Montgomery County and currently lives in Lake Linganore.  She has two sons, ages 22 and 17.  She is engaged to Brad Hambley, one of our home inspectors, whom many of you know.  We appreciate Bobbi's enthusiasm and professionalism and the many Realtors and clients who rely on her efficiency concur.
