Welcome to Real Estate Today. The co-host, Donna Evers, president
and broker of Evers & Company Real Estate, and Arthur Lazerow,
president of Alban Home Inspections Services, invite you to
tune into their Saturday Morning Open House.

fine residential properties in the Washington Metropolitan

Donna supplies information and tips on mortgage rates, getting
your house ready to sell, and strategies for making a good

the care and feeding of your home together with all the information
you need to know about home inspections and environmental concerns.
Guest speakers include experts on a variety of topics, from
mold problems to mortgage rates, from preparing your home
for sale to pinhole leaks in plumbing pipes, from termites

Arthur S. Lazerow is president and chief executive officer
of Alban Home Inspection Service, Inc. After serving as corporate
counsel to a Baltimore area homebuilder, he had a 20 - year
homebuilding career developing both single family homes and
multi - family communities. He then founded Alban and became
a nationally certified home inspector through the American
Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) # 105974, having performed
over 5000 inspections during the past ten years. In addition
to having a law degree from American University and being a
graduate of the US Navy post-graduate business school in Athens
Georgia, he is a licensed Realtor, an accredited Maryland Association
of Realtors public speaker and holds accreditations to perform
lead - based paint assessments, radon, mold and water and septic
system testing. He conducts seminars for home inspectors on
effective communication skills and conducts numerous Realtor
continuing education classes each month on such topics as Understanding
Residential Construction, Understanding the Property Condition
Clause of the Real Estate Contract, and Environmental Issues
for Realtors. Mr. Lazerow is on the Board of Directors of the
Mid - Atlantic Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors
and is a member of the ASHI national Public Relations Committee.
